This "Getting Started" guide will walk you through the essential steps to set up your account, navigate our features, and make the most of our platform’s capabilities.
I. Sign Up and Create Your Profile
Visit the website at NexHire. Click the Login button at the top right corner of the page.
Click Sign Up.
Fill in your personal information, including your email and password. Then click Sign Up.
A confirmation email will be sent to your email. Click Confirm Your Email.
You will be redirected to the homepage, then Login your details.
Fill in the form.
Enter your referral code. You may opt to generate code or enter your own code. Check all of your information before clicking the Submit button.
II. Explore Job Listings
Click the Jobs section in the menu located on the left side of your dashboard.
Scroll through the page to find job listings.
III. Refer and Recruit Talent
Click Refer Now.
Check for the job description. Once you find the job listing you like, click Generate Referral Link.
Send this unique referral link to the candidate you wish to refer. This link will direct them to the job application page.
Alternatively, you can also give your referral code directly to the candidate. They can enter this code on the job listings page to apply.
IV. Payment Terms
The full bounty stated in the job listing will be paid without deductions.
Payments are typically made in two installments: 50% upfront upon contract signing and the remaining 50% after the candidate has been employed for 3 months.
In some cases, full payment of the bounty may be made upfront. Please refer to our terms and conditions for more details.
