Below is your comprehensive guide to navigating NexHire’s platform:
I. Book a Demo
Visit the website at NexHire. Click Hire Talents located at the top right corner of the home page.
Click Book a Demo button.
II. Sign Up and Create Your Company Profile
You will be redirected to an external link. From there, choose the best date for you to set a 30-minute meeting with our team.
After your meeting with our team, a sign-up link will be given to you.
Fill in your personal information, including your email and password. Then click Sign Up.
III. Posting a Job
Click the Jobs section on the left side of the dashboard. Then click Create a Job.
Fill out the Job Information, Job Details, and Payment Details.
IV. Setting the Right Bounties
A minimum of $250 is the default price set in the platform. You have the option to adjust this amount based on your discretion. We recommend considering an increase proportional to the number of years of experience required.
V. Manage and Review Applications
On the left side of the dashboard, click Candidates.
Scroll throughout the page to see listed applications.
VI. Payment Terms
The Payment Details (bounty + 20% service fee) will be shown. Account details where the payment will be sent are listed there.
Once the payment is done, send the details of the payment to one of our team.
Once verified, your job listing will be activated.
