1. What are the benefits of being a Super Connector?

  • As a Superconnector, you’ll earn a minimum commission of $250 (and more) for referring talent in tech and become part of a growing professional community.


2. How will I be notified if a candidate I endorsed is hired?

  • You’ll receive updates on the status of your endorsed candidates via your dashboard and email.


3. How do I receive my payment?

  • Once you successfully refer a candidate, NexHire will contact you to confirm your preferred payment method and process your payment accordingly.


4. When will I receive my reward?

  • Payments are generally made in two installments: 50% upfront upon contract signing, and the remaining 50% after the candidate has been with the company for 3 months. In some cases, NexHire may pay the full amount upfront; please refer to our terms and conditions for more details.


5. What if a candidate leaves or is terminated within the probation period?

  • If the candidate departs or is terminated within the first 3 months, the remaining 50% of your payment will be forfeited.


6. What if a candidate applies through my link but is not a good fit?

  • The candidate’s profile will remain in your dashboard. NexHire recommends either endorsing or rejecting them to keep your dashboard up to date.


7. How will I be informed about new job postings?

  • New job postings will be announced via email and will also appear on your dashboard for easy access.
